This video had some really good points but I feel that there does need to be a female version as well with some male perspective. Because some of the things you said that guys do there are girls that do the exact same things.
Also, the best advice I've heard about looking for that special someone was from my pastor. He said, "When looking for the one you want spend your life with, look for the one person who can put up with you not who you can put up with." In other words look for some who can like/love (as the case may be) you for just being you flaws and all, and all other problems will resolve with a little work.
